Step 1

Get the IP address of your phone

  1. Press Setup. (gear button)
  2. Select Network configuration then IPv4 address settings
  3. Select Connection type
  4. Write down the number in the box labeled Static IP address

Step 2

Logging in to the Phone's Web User Interface

  • On your PC, open a Web browser. Your PC must be on the same subnetwork as the phone.
  • Enter the IP address in the browser address bar.

You will now see this screen:

  1. Click Admin Login
  2. Click advanced
  3. Click Voice
  4. Click Ext 1

Step 3

Configure with your account

Find the following fields on the "Ext"tab and configure accordingly.

  1. Nat Keep Alive: Yes
  2. Nat Mapping/Traversal: Yes
  3. Proxy: (one of the multiple servers, you can choose the one closer to your location.)
  4. Register Expires: 300
  5. Display Name: 1005 (Replace with name or exension number)
  6. User ID: 201555_1005 (Replace with your 6 digits Main SIP account UserID or Sub Account user name, e.g. 123456 or 123456_sub)
  7. Password: ******** (SIP Account Password)
  8. Use DNS SRV: NO
  9. DNS SRV Auto Prefix: NO
  10. Click: Submit All Changes

Step 4

Configure your dial plan

This step can be considered optional however this is a dial plan that is optimized to work with service.

  1. Find the dial plan section of your line and enter the following string: (cut and paste)

Replace 555above with the area code of the phones location.

2.Click: Submit All Changes
